The Augustinians will host their third gala to launch celebrations of their 75th anniversary of the Province of Our Mother of Good Counsel!  In addition to honoring Fr. Tony Pizzo, O.S.A., and Dn. Jim Foody, M.D., we will also have a Diamond Jubilee Remembrance for Fr. Menu

Soup:  The Drake’s Bookbinder Soup with Individual Sherry Carafe
Salad:  Spinach Salad with Sugar Bacon, Sherry Apricot, Cucumber, Spiced Sunflower Seeds.  Smoked Cider Vinaigrette to be French Served
Intermezzo:  (1) scoop each of Ginger  & Champagne Sorbet, to be accompanied by sugar coated frozen grapes and fresh mint in a mini martini glass

Entree Selections

  • Blood Orange Braised Veal Ossobucco (12oz. bone-in) with Rutabaga Mash & Broccolini
  • Herb-Crusted Halibut with Butter Poached Turnip & Broccolini, topped with Tomato Jam
  • Roasted Vegetable Strudel with Sautéed Spinach & Tomato Olive Concasse

Dessert:  Open Face Apple Tart with Cinnamon Mascarpone & Cookie Crumble 
Wine:  Canyon Road Pinot Noir, Canyon Road Sauvignon Blanc
