The Augustinian Guild offers Enrollment Cards for a variety of occasions. The “Augustinian Prayer Enrollment Cards” are somewhat different from “Mass Cards.” Below are the types of cards available from the Augustinian Guild:
There are two types of Augustinian Guild enrollments: Perpetual, which lasts for all time, and Annual, which lasts for one year.

The Perpetual Enrollment Card is offered especially at wakes for the deceased and his/her family, but also may be used to commemorate special occasions for the living. The outside cover features a golden Seal of the Order of St. Augustine on ivory paper. The inside left panel shows a painting of Our Mother of Good Counsel. The inside right panel has a golden rose and the text: “Perpetual Membership in the Augustinian Guild has been granted to ___________, And as such will share for all time in countless Masses, prayers and good works of the Augustinian priests, brothers and seminarians.” 6 1/8 x 8 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |
The Annual Enrollment Cards are designed for a variety of occasions:
In Loving MemoryThis Annual Enrollment Card is particularly suitable for giving at wakes for the deceased and his/her family. The outside cover features the famous “Pieta” sculpture and the words, “In Loving Memory”. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order. The inside right panel includes the text: “With deepest sympathy ___________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and will share in the Masses, prayers and good works of the Augustinians all over the world.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |

In MemoriamThis Annual Enrollment Card is especially suitable for giving at wakes for the deceased and his/her family. The outside cover features Augustinian St. Nicholas of Tolentine holding an open Bible. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and a prayer of St. Augustine taken from his famous book The Confessons. The inside right panel includes the text: “With deepest sympathy ___________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and will share in the Masses, prayers and good works of the Augustinians all over the world.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |
A Birthday PrayerThis Annual Enrollment Card is suitable for giving to persons celebrating birthdays. The outside cover features a painting of our Blessed Mother at prayer with an open Bible and the words, “A Birthday Prayer”. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and a blessing prayer. The inside right panel includes the text: “With every good wish for a very happy birthday, __________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and will share in all the Holy Masses and all other spiritual benefits of enrolled members.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |

Healing and StrengthThis Annual Enrollment Card is particularly suitable for persons who are ill or in need of healing. The outside cover features a painting of Our Mother of Good Counsel and the words, “Our Mother of Good Counel, Pray For Us”. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and a brief blessing prayer. The inside right panel includes the text: “With every good wish for healing and strength, ___________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and is entitled to share in all the Holy Masses and all other spiritual benefits of enrolled members.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |
Special Intention - JesusThis Annual Enrollment Card is suitable for giving on many different occasions or to persons with a variety of needs. The outside cover features a painting of Jesus. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and a brief prayer. The inside right panel includes the text: “Special Intention - __________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and is entitled to share in all the Holy Masses and all other spiritual benefits of enrolled members.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Special Intention - St. JosephThis Annual Enrollment Card is suitable for giving on many different occasions or to persons with a variety of needs. The outside cover features a painting of St. Joseph playing with the child Jesus. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and a brief prayer. The inside right panel includes the text: “Special Intention - __________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and is entitled to share in all the Holy Masses and all other spiritual benefits of enrolled members.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Congratulations - New BabyThis Annual Enrollment Card is suitable for giving on the occasion of the birth of a child. The outside cover features a young Blessed Mother with her baby Jesus in her arms. He is asleep, with his head resting on her shoulder. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and includes a welcome and brief prayer for the newborn. The inside right panel includes the text: “Congratulations - __________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and will share in the Masses, prayers and good works of the Augustinians throughout the world.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |

On This Happy OccasionThis Annual Enrollment Card is suitable for giving on almost any happy occasion. The outside cover features a floral arrangement. The inside left panel shows the Seal of the Augustinian Order and a brief prayer of St. Augustine. The inside right panel includes the text: “On This Happy Occasion ___________ has been enrolled for one year in the Augustinian Guild and is entitled to share in all the Holy Masses and all other spiritual benefits of enrolled members.” 3 1/2 x 6 1/4 inches. Envelope and Enrollment Form included. |
You may enroll any person - living or dead - in the Augustinian Guild by filling out the slip that comes with each Annual and Perpetual Card and sending that slip to the Guild with your donation. The enrolled person will be remembered in the daily prayers and Masses of Augustinians from the Midwest Province in the United States. When you offer any of these cards, they carry a unique gift.
Donations received with the Prayer Enrollment Cards help support the many Augustinian works, especially seminary programs that recruit and train future Augustinian brothers and priests.
You may wish to keep several cards on hand to use when you need them. There is no need to make any donation until the card is used. When we receive the slip and donation, the Guild Office will send you a replacement card. You may use the convenient form below to request a selection of Augustinian Guild Enrollment Cards.
I would like to order the following Enrollment Cards from the Augustinian Guild. When I wish to enroll somebody in the Augustinian Guild, I will fill out the enfollment slip and return it along with my donation. I understand that there is no need to make a donation until the card is used.
