Austin Catholic High School Secures Home of their Own in Michigan

The Augustinians of the Midwest and Canada are thrilled to learn that our sister school, Austin Catholic High School in Ray, Michigan, has found a permanent home to call their own.

The Augustinians are pleased to once again have the name Austin represented in the Detroit Metro area so that future generations of young men and women will receive a Catholic education in the Augustinian Tradition.  We offer our most sincere congratulations to the entire Board of Directors of Austin Catholic, to the Principal, Mrs. Janel Coppens, and to the faculty, staff, student body, and the family community of Austin Catholic.

"Speaking for our Provincial, Fr. Bernie Scianna, O.S.A., Ph.D., we share your joy and look forward with hope and conviction to a successful opening of Austin Catholic in its new location.  We appreciate the hard work and effort that has gone into finding a permanent location and planting the flag of ownership.  Congratulations Austin Catholic High School!" so said, Fr. Richard J. McGrath, O.S.A., Ph.D., Superintendent of Schools for the Augustinians of the Midwest and Canada.

Austin is an independent Catholic school in the Augustinian Tradition.
