Fr. Joel Okojie, O.S.A., Appointed Spiritual Director for Catholic Charismatic Renewal Council, Toronto

On January 1, 2025, Fr. Joel Okojie, O.S.A., Prior of Marylake Monastery and Director of Our Lady of Grace Shrine in King City, Ontario, was appointed by Cardinal Frank Leo as the Spiritual Director for the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Council of the Archdiocese of Toronto. 

Prompted by the Holy Spirit and faithful to the teachings of Catholic Church in harmony with the local Pastoral programs, the CCRC offers a service that facilitates, educates, promotes with activities and resources the growth and development of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal throughout the Catholic Communities of Metropolitan Toronto.

Fr. Joel brings many wonderful gifts to this new role and will do a great job, just as he does as Shrine Director.
