Talent Thrives with Opportunity Groundbreaking Ceremony

Cascia Hall’s nearly 100-year-old campus is gearing up for a major expansion that promises to provide current and future students with an enhanced experience. The Talent Thrives with Opportunity capital campaign includes constructing a two-story STEM building, upgrading health and wellness facilities, renovating the dining hall and kitchen, and converting the gym lobby into a multi-functional student commons and cafe.

On December 10, 2024, Cascia hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate this $26.8 million capital campaign. Featured speakers included Governor Frank Keating ’62, Mayor GT Bynum ‘96, Campaign Chair John Hastings ‘01, and Headmaster Fr. Philip Cook, O.S.A.

Students, teachers, staff, donors, and members of the Augustinian community joined together for the ceremony, which included a blessing of the grounds where a new building will be added to the campus of the preparatory school. This investment will greatly benefit the many students who attend Cascia Hall in future years, and shows the community’s impressive commitment to supporting Catholic education.
