Fr. Terry Deffenbaugh, O.S.A.’s highly acclaimed book, No Longer a Stray: The Gospel According to Pup-Pup (Scepter, 2005), presents the Gospels through the eyes of Pup-Pup, a fictional stray dog adopted by a young Jesus.  The book has been translated into Spanish, and Pup-Pup's narrative can be read in that language. 

Bill and Bonnie Leighty were forever marked for life by their encounter with the Augustinians of Cascia Hall in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  "At the same time it is difficult to put into words the profound impact that the Midwest Augustinian Province’s ministry and mission through Cascia Hall has had on our lives," Bill says.  Read their story here.

Yesterday was the Feast Day of a Saint that I saw at a Mass in the parking lot of Five Holy Martyrs in Chicago on October 5, 1979 with my Grandmother, Mom and Aunt, shook his hand and took a picture with him after Mass in his private chapel in the Papal Apartment on November 3, 1999, and took a group of students to see him in Rome during the Jubilee Year 2000 World Youth Day...

Pathways.org Announces Annual Open Hearts Awards Grants:  Congratulations to the Our Lady of the Lake community in Edwardsburg, Michigan, on their recent grant from Pathways.org!  Our Lady of the Lake is a parish administered by Fr. Joe McCormick, O.S.A., an Augustinian of the Province of Our Mother of Good Counsel.
